  5. Observe your emotions and moods,, learn to name them and be aware of them
  6. Be aware of your successes, remember about them and use them throughout your life
  7. Be aware of your failures, draw conclusions from them and call them lessons
  8. Take care of your long, relaxed, aware breath
  9. Eat healthy food and be aware of what you eat, in the springtime introduce detox diets
  10. Develop your sexual awareness
  11. Look after your body with the awareness of its needs
  12. Practice the mindfulness, ”here and now”
  13. Choose places which are friendly, full of light, in bright colours, well aired with access to light, places with flowers and plants
  14. As often as you can spend time in the fresh air, have close contact with nature, in the mountains, in the forest, at the seaside
  15. Create your own rituals related to rest and relaxation, find your place where you can always rest
  16. Every day allocate some time for relaxation and silence
  17. Select appropriate physical activities which generate good mood and release joy and energy
  18. Develop your sensuality, expand the array of your favourite dishes, tastes, smells, sounds and kinds of touch
  19. Find your favourite music to listen to, to dancing, to exercising, to listening during your walks
  20. Fulfill your passions and interests
  21. When you work be aware of your knowledge, skills, experience and talents
  22. Let other people look after you whenever you need it
  23. Take care of your personal, professional and spiritual development
  24. Expand your comfort zone, introduce variety to your life, it will give you more options of  choice, it will help you to get to know yourself and what is the best for you
